Nope, the title of this guide was no mistake, and no I wouldn’t recommend that you try and sell bandages on the Auction House :| . What I will tell you is that there is actually a way to turn a profit with First Aid by first buying or farming cloth, crafting it into bandages, and then selling it to a vendor.

Now, before you get all excited and run off to do this you must know that first, the price of cloth does not always allow for this to be the case. What I mean is that you must get a cheap deal on the price of cloth to make doing this worth while. This also doesn’t work for every type of cloth, as some stacks of cloth may sell to the vendor for more than the bandages.

Unfortunately for this Secondary Skill all I can do is present you with the idea that there is actually a way to make gold with something as seemingly unprofitable as First Aid. I do not actually have a list right now that indicates which cloth you can do this with and at what prices. If you are interested in doing this you will have to experiment on your own and determine it for yourself. I do not, by the way, recommend this as a good way to make gold but it just goes to show that if you are creative you can find many ways to make gold that the average player would never even dream of doing.
